Plot
Jake and his crew are gathering Never Lilies when Skully wonders where Pip the Pirate Genie is. Belch Mountain burps up dust, causing Jake's crew and Captain Hook to sneeze. Captain Hook's crew reveal to have been attempting to swipe treasure until Captain Hook found out that it only contained the lilies. Pip then shows up, also sneezing due to the dust kicked up by Belch Mountain, making his magic go haywire. One of Pip's sneezes turns Captain Hook into a crab. Pip tries to turn Captain Hook back to himself but fails. Izzy mentions that Pip's sneezes will be cured when he inhales the Magical Mists of Misty Cove.
While the pirates travel to the cove, Pip's sneezes cause a gong to appear on Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones, a candy cane to appear in front of Izzy, and Jake to have monkey ears and a tail. Pip tells everyone to stay away from anything making his nose itch, but the have to traverse through Dusty Bucket Forest. Jake mentions they'll be all right if they don't bump into anything. With everyone through, Bones trips into Captain Hook, causing Sharky and Bones to crash into a tree. One of the buckets falls next to them, causing Pip to sneeze again, summoning butterflies, giving Jake more monkey characteristics, and making bubbles appear from the trees. The bubbles then send the pirates into the sky and to Misty Grove.
Captain Hook manage to pop the bubbles thanks to being turn into a crab earlier by Pip's sneezing. Izzy uses her Pixie Dust to allow everyone to safely land from the fall. Pip then sneezes again, summoning a mini tornado, which grows and heads to Misty Cove. Pip heads to the mist, where he gets cured of his sneezing. Pip then turns everything back to the way it was before, including restoring Jake and Hook back into their proper forms. Pip then pretends to sneeze to chase Captain Hook's crew away.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Skully then gives Izzy her bouquet of flowers while Jake is given bananas. On the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook vows to get treasure tomorrow. Bones then performs a magic trick about pulling treasure out of its chest. Tick-Tock Croc emerges from the treasure chest and chases Captain Hook around the deck of the Jolly Roger.
