The Pirate Pumpkin Patch is a location in Never Land featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It is a large pumpkin garden hidden deep within the island, and it is where the legendary Golden Pumpkin can be found.
Roles in the series[]
The Pirate Pumpkin Patch first appeared in the episode "Night of the Golden Pumpkin". Jake and his crew journey to Never Land on a Halloween night, heading to the Pirate Pumpkin Patch to find the Golden Pumpkin so they can use it as decoration for their party. Jake and his crew venture through Tiki Forest and the Rolling Hills, until they reach the Pirate Pumpkin Patch. Just as the young pirate team were about head back to Pirate Island, Captain Hook and Mr. Smee swipe the Golden Pumpkin from them. Skully distracts the fiendish pirates by pretending to be a ghost, allowing Izzy time to sprinkle pixie dust on the pumpkin, causing it to fly out of Hook's hand scaring him and Smee back to the Jolly Roger and allowing Jake and his crew to return home and enjoy their Halloween night.
The Pirate Pumpkin Patch makes a brief cameo appearance in the episode "Tricks, Treats and Treasure!", its icon can be spotted on Cubby's map as they prepare to go on a Trick or Treasure hunt on Never Land. The Pirate Pumpkin Patch reappears in the Thanksgiving episode "Cookin' With Hook!", where Jake and his crew return to the pumpkin patch to find the Jumpin' Pumpkin, which is the final ingredient the young pirates need for their Shipwreck Stew.
