Shipwreck Rock is a large rock formation shaped like a shipwreck located on Never Land featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
Role in the series[]
Shipwreck Rock first appeared in the episode "Happy Hook Day!" Captain Hook and his crew made their escape to Shipwreck Rock after a long chase across Never Land with Skully's stolen birthday presents. Jake and his crew manage to catch up to Hook and his crew with the help of Izzy's Pixie Dust, they manage to retrieve all of Skully's presents and return to Pirate Island to continue the celebration.
In the episode in the episode "Izzy's Pirate Puzzle" after Captain Hook steals Izzy's Puzzle Box and flees to Never Land to his Treasure Cave. Jake and his crew follow Hook to Never Land but were briefly stump where Hook's Treasure Cave was on the island as it wasn't on Cubby's map. However Jake and his crew soon discover Hook's Treasure Cave due to the fact that Hook placed a number of large bright flashing neon light signs. Shipwreck Rock makes a brief cameo appearance on Cubby's Map.
Shipwreck Rock makes a brief cameo appearance in the episode "Free Wheeling Fun", It can be spotted on Cubby's Map as he informs the rest of his crew that Captain Hook and Mr. Smee made their escape with their bicycle and his heading towards Have-a-Banana Grove. Shipwreck Rock makes a cameo appearance in the episode "Rock the Croc!"Jake and his crew receive a map and message in a bottle from Peter Pan showing them the way to Pirate's Plunge where they can cool off. Shipwreck Rock can be seen on the map. Shipwreck Rock makes a brief cameo in the episode "Night of the Golden Pumpkin". It is featured on Cubby's map as he guides his crew-mates to Tiki Forest. Shipwreck Rock makes a brief cameo appearance in the episode special "Peter Pan Returns", it can be spotted on Cubby's map as Peter and Jake and his crew try to catch up to the Jolly Roger. Shipwreck Rock makes a brief cameo appearance in the episode "Tricks, Treats and Treasure!", it can be spotted on Cubby's map as they prepare to go on a Trick or Treasure hunt on Never Land.
