"Sand Pirate Cubby!"

In Never Land, Camille gives Jake and his crew a note which states that Captain Flynn has been looking for buccaneers who want to try out to become Sand Pirates, in case he is in a sticky or sandy situation. They then go to the Never Land Desert so Cubby can become a Sand Pirate. Once there, they meet Captain Flynn, and Cubby volunteers to be a Sand Pirate. Captain Flynn introduces another Sand Pirate in training, which is Bones, who dreamed of becoming like Captain Flynn.
On the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook learns about Bones leaving the ship, and mentions that his crew is the finest band of buccaneers ever to sail the Never Sea. They go to bring Bones back aboard the Jolly Roger. In the Never Land Desert, Captain Flynn tells Cubby and Bones that to be Sand Pirates, they need to get a camel to jump across the trickiest trails, surf the sandiest sand dunes, and go to the hottest and sandiest part of the desert, where they will find the Giant Sand Castle, which once belonged to the ancient pirates of the Never Land Desert. Cubby and Bones can do so if they team up.
As Cubby and Bones begin the task, Captain Flynn mentions that they'll be fine if they keep their eyes open for trouble. Skully and Izzy then spot Captain Hook, and Captain Flynn decides for them to follow him to make sure he isn't disturbing progress. Cubby and Bones then come across a path blocked by prickly plants. However, they just need Camille to jump over the plants and make it across Prickly Path. Cubby and Bones motivate Camille, and make it through the Prickly Path. Meanwhile, the rest of Captain Hook's crew head out of the path with pieces of cacti all over them.
Cubby and Bones then arrive at the Surfing Sand Dunes. Jake spots Captain Hook's crew trying to grab and snatch Bones. So, Izzy and Skully launch the Sand Cannon to stop Captain Hook. Cubby and Bones then arrive at the top of one of the dunes. Bones surfs down it, and Cubby restates what Captain Flynn said earlier about surfing sand dunes. Cubby and Bones then surf down the sand dune before Captain Hook's crew arrive. Bones assumes that they came for the Giant Sand Castle.
Cubby and Bones then catch up to Captain Hook's crew, who are struggling to get through the hottest and sandiest part of the desert. Bones gives them water, and Captain Hook thanks him for saving their lives. Bones states that he'd never leave Captain Hook, as he is his number one captain, and mentions that being a Sand Pirate is a part-time thing. Cubby and Bones assume that they failed to find the Giant Sand Castle when Captain Flynn arrives. He tells Cubby and Bones that they helped a mate in need, which is more important, and that is what truly makes a Sand Pirate. So, they passed the test, and are given Sand Pirate bandanas. Captain Flynn mentions that Cubby and Bones are on top of the Giant Sand Castle, and pulls a lever so that it rises out of the sand. He then tells them to be at the ready if he ever needs the help of his Sand Pirates, to which they agree. Captain Hook knows that the Giant Sand Castle is filled with treasure, and checks to see if is true.
Jake and his crew then use Pixie Dust to return to Pirate Island, where they put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby shows them their own giant sand castle made by himself. Meanwhile, Captain Hook opens the door of the Giant Sand Castle, and sand falls on him, to which Mr. Smee mentions that the golden treasure of the Giant Sand Castle is sand.
