Plot
Jake and his crew were sailing towards Never Land, when something on Shipwreck Beach caught their eyes. It was a small, wrecked ship, with a bird figurehead on the front. The young pirates thought it would be perfect for Skully. Captain Hook, who was nearby, laughed and said: "That pitiful pile of planks will never be a ship, it's barnacle bait." That made Skully feel bad, Jake and the crew decided to fix up the old ship and give it a new coat of paint.
Skully called his new ship; Leaky Beak. When the crew let the sail loose, they a treasure map on it. The crew saw the map led to a treasure on Never-Ever Peak Mountain, and was meant to go to SkyBird Island. When Hook learned about this, he wanted the map sail, but to everyone's surprise; the ship had wings and could fly.
Captain Hook and Mr. Smee followed with the whirly-hook while Jake and his crew arrive at Never-Ever Peak Mountain. Skully lands on a branch, which gives way, making him land on a treasure chest with a feather on it, like the one on the Leaky Beak's sail. Since it's locked, Jake and his crew decide to bring it to SkyBird Island. Captain Hook and Mr. Smee arrive, wanting the treasure chest for themselves. Jake and his crew flee, and Captain Hook and Mr. Smee know they're heading to SkyBird Island.
Once they arrived, Jake and his crew saw Princess Winger and the Wise Old Parrot. Wise Old Parrot reveals to Skully that he used to be the captain of the Leaky Beak. But during his way to pick up a special treasure from Never-Ever Peak Mountain, he was caught in a terrible storm at sea. He was thrown off his ship, but luckily, Wise Old Parrot made it back safely to SkyBird Island, but he never knew what happened to his ship. Suddenly,Captain Hook and Mr. Smee attempt to steal the Leaky Beak. But, Smee accidentally hit the switch, that opened the wings, and ship was falling. It was an emergency, so Izzy used pixie dust; to fly up to the Leaky Beak, and flip the switch back. When they opened Wise Old Parrot's treasure, it was a whistle to call the Feathered Four, the guards of Skybird Island. Upon the whistle being blown, the Feathered Four lift up Hook and carried him away. Then, the Wise Old Parrot told Skully that he was giving his old ship (the Leaky Beak), to him. Jake and his crew then sail the ship through the sky with Princess Winger singing about it.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put all the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby then pretends to be a bird by flapping leaves. On the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook vows to never see another bird again when Bones shows him a bag of birdie-seed. Captain Hook takes it for himself before a large flock of seagulls lift him up from the deck of the Jolly Roger and into the sky.
