Plot
The Jolly Roger is sailing through a storm while Sharky and Bones bring an old treasure chest Captain Hook kept when he was little. Captain Hook opens it to find a trumpet, one of the first treasures he found. However, when he blows it, the storm gets worse. Captain Hook then drops the trumpet into the Never Sea.Meanwhile, Jake and his crew are surfing when Cubby spots a ship-in-a-bottle. As Jake and his crew check it out, Captain Hook sees it, thinking it's his trumpet. Sharky and Bones then set sail for Pirate Island. As Jake rubs the bottle, he releases a magical pirate genie named Pip, much to the surprise of the young pirates. Pip mentions that he is the kind of genie that makes any wishes for treasure come true. Jake and his crew tell their wishes, but Pip mentions the rules of the wishes: the crew that sets him free and keeps ahold of his bottle gets one treasure-wish per matey. Captain Hook spots it and claims his wish has already come true, followed by his crew. A wind then appears, and Jake's crew and Pip head to their hideout.
But as Pip attempted to make the wishes come true, he would accidentally conger up frogs, as his magical powers were running out. He knows of a location in Never Land called the Treasure-Wishing Well in order to restore his powers. According to the Pirate Genie Code, stating that the path to the well goes through somewhere and leaves that point the way to a vast giant canyon where the winds blow night and day. Then, they'll end up nowhere and ancient rocks will tell the straight and twisty path to the well. Cubby decides to help Pip find the well, and according to his map, Jake and his crew have never been to the Valley of Somewhere. They then head to Never Land to search for the well.
Captain Hook's crew spot it and give chase. While on the hunt for the well, Pip is asked by the young pirates what he would wish for. Pip admits he would wish for a ship of his very own so he could sail the Never Sea and go on adventures. However, genies cannot grant their own wishes. Jake's crew and Pip make it to the Valley of Somewhere, where Skully spots leaves on the ground that point the way out of the valley and to the canyon where the winds blow night and day. Since the winds are too strong for pixie dust to be used, Pip brings up his magic pirate flag for Jake and his crew to ride across the canyon. Captain Hook grabs a hold of the flag, with his crew holding on to him, but it unravels. Jake attempts to save the crew, but Captain Hook refuses help.
Jake's crew and Pip end up nowhere, and Jake knows that it is the Valley of Nowhere. Just then, Captain Hook steals Pip's ship-in-a-bottle with his fishing rod-hook, meaning he is the master of Pip. Captain Hook later wonders what wishes he could make come true. However, Pip can't grant Captain Hook wishes, as his magic is gone. He then leads Captain Hook and his crew to the Treasure-Wishing well. Pip then restates the last part of the Pirate Genie Code, and Captain Hook's crew find themselves in the Valley of Nowhere. They spots ancient rocks marking the path to the Treasure-Wishing Well. The well tells Pip what to do to restore his powers. Pip heads to the well before being told to return to his ship-in-a-bottle. The next time he is free, his magic will return.
With Pip's powers restored and his ship-in-a-bottle still in Captain Hook's grasp, Jake and his crew arrive as Captain Hook releases Pip, restoring the latter's powers. Captain Hook wants his crew to head back to the Jolly Roger, but his words were taken literately by Pip, transporting Hook and his crew back to the ship, wasting Hook's first wish. Captain Hook orders the rest of his crew to make wishes on his behalf. Hook's second wish (Bones') was to fill his ship with lots of gold, but this was short-lived as the pile gold made the Jolly Roger too heavy, forcing Hook and his crew to abandon ship as all the gold spills over from Hook's ship and into the Never Sea. Hook's third wish (Mr. Smee's) was for a treasure chest full of gold in a location safe from both puny and thieving pirates, but much to Captain Hook and his crew's horror, the location Pip transported them to was Crocodile Creek, where Hook and his men are chased from the creek by Tick-Tock the Crocodile.
For Hook's final wish (Sharky's), he got a mountain of gold. Jake and his crew spot it, but in the end, Hook's greed does him in. When Captain Hook goes to get digging for treasure, but when he slams his Pickaxe-Hook into the mountain, he causes a golden rock-slide, sending Hook and his crew falling to their doom. Izzy uses her pixie dust to rescue Captain Hook and his crew, but unfortunately, Captain Hook drops the model ship inside Pip's ship-in-the-bottle, damaging in the process and also making the mountain of gold disappear. Since Captain Hook and his crew used up all of their wishes, they head back to the Jolly Roger. Since Jake and his crew have Pip's bottle back, they return to Pirate Island with Pip, who could not wait to grant his young friends their wishes. However, after discussing it, Jake and his crew decide to put all of their wishes together and make a wish for him. It is to grant Pip a ship of his very own so he can sail the Never Sea. The now-free genie thanks the young pirates before setting sail from Pirate Island.
Jake and his crew then put all the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Back on the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook and his crew mention being treasure and treasure-wish-less when Pip splashes water on Captain Hook, who wishes he was far away from Pip when he slides across the deck and into a cannon, which blows him away. Bones assumes that the wish came true.
