Personality[]
Nibs is a headstrong, adventurous, good-hearted, and courageous, though occasionally foolhardy, and harbors an intense desire to prove his worth and heroism through noble acts. Despite acting careless at times, he is utterly loyal to his crewmates, and will ultimately do what is right in the end.
Role in the pilot[]
Nibs only appeared in the pilot with the rest of Jake's and the crew playing with a golden soccer. But during the game, Captain Hook manages to catch the ball so he can take it back to Never Land. While playing with the golden soccer on Shipwreck Beach Captain Hook and Mr. Smee accidentally cause the soccer ball to be launch all the way to the top of Never Peak Mountain, where it ended up after Hook kicked it.Jake and his crew soon arrive and over hear Hook heading to Never Peak. Hook and Mr. Smee make their way through Big Bug Valley where they stumble upon the Big Bug, sleeping within the path. Hook quickly cowers behind Smee, when they overhear Jake and the crew on their trail. Hook decides to wake the Big Bug, with a fallen coconut so it will chase Jake and friends back to the beach, giving him and Smee a huge lead to Never Peak Mountain. But Hook did not count on Jake and his companions bravery, as the young pirates stood their ground and roared back at the Big Bug, sending it fleeing away so Jake and his crew can safely pass and catch up to Hook.
