Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice actor who has worked on several productions, such as Trigon in Teen Titans, The Shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) and Bulkhead in Transformers Prime. He guest stars in Jake and the Never Land Pirates as the voice of King Neptune in the episode special The Great Never Sea Conquest and later as the voice of Chaos Khan in the episode Tiger Sharky Strikes Again!
