Plot
Skully informs Jake and his crew of Percy arriving. They welcome him to Pirate Island, and Percy introduces himself. He notices the hot weather, and states that he's looking for a new home for his friends in the penguin colony; the previous one broke into pieces and is floating away. So, Percy is looking for a little slice of Never Land. He mentions that according to legend, there's a paradise of ice and snow where it's winter all year long called Chi-Chi-Chilly Canyon. Cubby has never heard of it, and it's not on his map or any other, so Percy has to find it himself. Jake and his crew decide to help.
On Never Land, Jake, Izzy, and Cubby are being careful with the wagon, which Percy uncovers to reveal an ice knight with a shield. He mentions that the statue is very special to his fellow penguins and it is what makes the penguins' home, and must be kept a secret. Just then, Captain Hook spots it and thinks it is treasure, and informs Mr. Smee of it. They then go to get the statue while Mr. Smee gets Sharky and Bones.
Meanwhile, since Chi-Chi-Chilly Canyon isn't on Cubby's map, Izzy decides to look somewhere where it's cold. Skully then spots Never Peak Mountain, but there are no canyons there. Jake assumes that the canyon is on the other side of the mountain, in its shade. That is where they go to. Later, Jake notices more penguins, which are actually Sharky and Bones disguised as them. Izzy notices something suspicious about the "penguins". Percy tries to introduce himself to them, but they fall and Bones reveals his voice. Jake tries to warn Percy that it is a trap, but Percy gets trapped in mud. Captain Hook states that while Jake and his crew try to free Percy, his crew will get the statue.
To free Percy, Cubby brings loose boards of an old fence and decides to place them on the mud for Percy to walk across like a bridge. It works, and Jake's crew and Percy continue to Chi-Chi-Chilly Canyon. Mr. Smee notices them being clever, but Captain Hook decides for his crew to set another trap so he can get the statue. Meanwhile, Jake tells his crew that they have to be on the lookout for Captain Hook, and Percy states that he'll never stop him.
Mr. Smee then appears later in the path, offering snow cones. Percy goes for them, although Izzy warns that it's another trap, and he gets trapped in the umbrella cover. The statue then rolls away, and Izzy uses her Pixie Dust to save it. Later, Jake's crew and Percy arrive at the other side of Never Peak Mountain. Percy confirms that they are at Chi-Chi-Chilly Canyon. He then activates the statue's shield, which works like a beacon so that the colony sees its lights and knows where their new home is.
Just then, Captain Hook's crew arrive, and tell Percy to turn over the statue. Jake's crew refuse, and Captain Hook fires snowballs. They then use the same trick against Captain Hook and his crew, who fight back. However, Percy's colony arrive and throw snowballs at Captain Hook, covering him in snow. Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones decide to take him back home and have him warm in no time. Jake and his crew then have a housewarming party with the penguins in the canyon. Percy thanks Jake and his crew for helping his colony find a new home, and they're just glad to have so many cool new mateys.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby reveals that he brought back snow cones, which Percy made especially for the crew, and they eat them. Back on the Jolly Roger, a still-frozen Captain Hook complains about the puny pirates and pesky penguins, and never defrosting thanks to them, before falling and sneezing.
