Plot

Today is Skully's birthday, and Jake, Izzy, and Cubby throw a bird-day party for him by singing him his birthday song and giving him presents. Captain Hook oversees this and informs Mr. Smee of Jake and his crew wasting their treasure by giving it to Skully. Mr. Smee sees Jake and his crew celebrating Skully's birthday by giving him birthday presents. Captain Hook thinks they are treasure and takes them for himself while declaring the day "Happy Hook Day", as he and Mr. Smee plan to celebrate it with a party on Never Land. Jake and his crew go to get the presents back.

Meanwhile, Sharky and Bones perform a song about Captain Hook's Hook Day. Captain Hook is about to open the presents when Jake and his crew arrive, reminding him that they are for Skully. Captain Hook tips over a tiki pole shaped like him before he and his crew run away with the presents to take to Shipwreck Rock. Jake and his crew overhear this, and Cubby finds out through his map that the path to Shipwreck Rock goes through Big Tree Forest and Birdbath Bluff.

Jake and his crew arrive at Big Tree Forest, where giant acorns fall on its path. After Izzy mentions it, Jake and his crew use a giant mushroom like an umbrella so they don't get bonked by the acorns, allowing them to pass Big Tree Forest. Next up is Birdbath Bluff, where Captain Hook and his crew get flung into the air by the geysers. Izzy sees that the water stops for three seconds, and Jake and his crew use the time to hop over the geysers and get past Birdbath Bluff.

Meanwhile, Captain Hook's crew have arrived at Shipwreck Rock. Captain Hook is about to open the presents, which Jake oversees. Izzy uses her Pixie Dust on Jake and his crew to head to Shipwreck Rock. Captain Hook ignores Sharky's warnings about them, allowing Jake and his crew to retrieve the presents one by one.

Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put all the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest before resuming the bird-day party for Skully. Izzy's present has a picture of Skully, Cubby's present has a little swing for Skully, and Jake's present has crackers for Skully, who concludes that this is the best bird-day birthday ever. On the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook laments about not having a single Happy Hook Day present when Mr. Smee reveals to have brought a present containing a pinwheel-hook. At first, Captain Hook loves it, but a strong gust of wind blows through the pinwheel-hook, lifting Captain Hook off of the Jolly Roger and plummeting into the Never Sea. Mr. Smee wishes Captain Hook a Happy Hook Day.
