The Fountain of Forever is a magical fountain featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates. The fountain produces pixie dust all year round and is hidden on top of Pixie Peak, deep within Never Land. The fountain belongs to the fairies, whom allow Izzy to restore her supply when needed.
Role in the series[]
The Fountain of Forever first appeared in the episode "Pixie Dust Away!", where Izzy drops her pixie dust on Pixie Dust Away Day. The fairies inform the young pirate team to find the Fountain of Forever to get some more pixie dust. However, as the young pirate traverse through Never Land to the fountain Captain Hook and his crew overhear them on their quest. Hook decides to take the Fountain of Forever for himself.Jake and his crew travel to Pixie Peak where the fountain is said to be located. As Jake and his crew climb the peak they overhear Captain Hook and his crew are on there trail.Jake and his friends make there way to the top of Pixie Peak, they notice a huge fog bank.Jake and his crew have to fan there way to the entrance of the tunnel to the Fountain of Forever.Meanwhile Captain Hook and his crew make it to the top of Pixie Peak but stumble through the fog causing the villainous pirates to roll down to the Forever Fountain.Finally believing that has finally beaten the puny pirates to a treasure Hook and his crew soon gloat but this is short live as Jake and his crew arrive to the Forever Fountain.Izzy soon confronts Hook telling him the Forever Fountain doesn't belong to him and that the fairies left the Forever Fountain for them.Captain Hook soon orders his crew to deal with the puny pirates,However Jake and his crew manage to leap into the Forever Fountain,giving them flight as well.Jake lures Captain Hook and his crew away through the tunnels of Pixie Peak by playing on Hook's ego causing Hook and his crew to go through the wrong tunnel as they give chase for Jake and becoming hopeless lost.With Captain Hook unable to find his way back the Forever Fountain, Izzy restores her pixie dust supply before Jake and his crew return to Pirate Island to place the gold doubloons they collected on today's adventure into the Team Treasure Chest before going back to enjoying there Pixie Dust Away Day.
The Fountain of Forever reappears in the episode special "Jake's Never Land Rescue", where Jake must journey to the fountain, located at Pixie Peak, to help him on his quest to find the Destiny Sword and to stop Never Land from disappearing.
