The Pirate Piranhas are minor characters from the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates. They are a large school of hungry piranhas that inhabit the waters of Sunken Ship Gorge within the Never Sea.

The Pirate Piranhas are one of the most feared inhabits of the Never Sea despite their small size, they swarm over prey with their powerful jaws and razor-sharp teeth that are able to chew through solid steel and rip up boat hull. The Pirate Piranhas are known to attack intruder and prey that invade their territory. The Pirate Piranhas are noticeably one of few sea creatures that aren't willing to compile with the wishes of the mermaids.
Role in the series[]
The Pirate Piranhas first appeared in the episode "Attack Of The Pirate Piranhas",While Captain Hook grows tired of not being able to find Never Land he sails into the waters of a school of Pirate Piranhas who feasting on a nearby wreck, destroying the wreck in the process. This caused the large ravenous fish to chase the Jolly Roger, forcing Hook and his crew to flee to the rowboat with the hungry piranhas in pursuit. Meanwhile Jake and his crew accompanied by Brewster the Beast Trapper spot Hook in trouble and decide to help when the Pirate Piranhas take residence in Mermaid Lagoon thanks to Hook's mishap, Jake and his crew together with Brewster and Finn the Mer-Boy work together in order to lure the Pirate Piranhas away from Never Land and into a place where the piranhas eat all they want and never run out of food stop Sunken Ship Gorge.
