Colby Mulgrew is a British child actor who is known for playing Eric and Tommy in Matilda, Small Boy in Billy Elliot and Gavroche in Les Miserables in the West End. Colby guest stars as the voice of Michael Darling in the episode special Battle for the Book and in the series' finale "Captain Hook's Last Stand!"
