Pirate Rock is a large island in the shape of a guitar near Never Land featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
Role in the series[]
Pirate Rock first appeared in the episode "of the same name", Marina overheard Jake and his crew performing their song after besting Captain Hook in a brief race. Marina enjoyed the song so much that she suggested that Jake and his crew should perform a show for their friends on Pirate Rock, much to the young pirates delight. While Marina left to gather the rest of their friends to watch the performance at Pirate Rock. Jake and his crew began to practice for their performance. Captain Hook and his scurvy crew soon arrive at Pirate Rock, Hook was determined to ruin Jake and his crew show so he'll never have to hear Jake's song ever again, but Jake and his friends soon become aware of Hook's plot and bested the sneaky captain's many attempts to ruin the show. Later that evening during show time Captain Hook had quite enough of this foolishness and storm onto the stage bent on stealing the microphone but much to his surprise Jake offers Hook the microphone and suggests that he sings to the audience. Captain Hook was delighted to perform revealing he'd always dreamed of being part of a pirate rock band.
