David Arquette (born September 8, 1971) is an American actor, film director, producer, screenwriter, and fashion designer who is the younger brother of Patricia Arquette and is best known for his role as Deputy Dewey Riley in the Scream films.
He currently provides the speaking voice of Skully and his robotic counterpart Clockwork Skully on the Disney Junior original series Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
