On Never Land, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones are searching for treasure when golden shimmer from Shipwreck Beach captures their attention. Once there, Mr. Smee finds a golden egg, which Captain Hook gets and finds more golden eggs. He eventually trips on a net, and when he gets it off, he throws it to Mama Croc, trapping her. Captain Hook ignores Mr. Smee's warnings about the golden eggs belonging to someone when they hatch, revealing Mama Croc's babies. Captain Hook thinks they will not make him rich and orders them to leave, but they mistake him as his father, and follow him wherever he goes.
Meanwhile, Skully alerts Jake and his crew about the situation, and Mr. Smee describes it to them. Izzy has an idea for Nanny Nell to help solve the problem, and Skully is tasked to find her and bring her to Shipwreck Beach. Jake and his crew are told by Mr. Smee that Captain Hook tried to get away from the baby crocodiles but forgot they can swim. As they continue to chase Captain Hook, Nanny Nell arrives and is told by Mr. Smee that the baby crocodiles chased Captain Hook into the Never Land Jungle. Nanny Nell has a solution, and the crews head into the jungle to find Captain Hook on Croc Snout Rock.
Captain Hook is delighted to see Nanny Nell again, and she tells him that he needs to tire the baby crocs out as they think he's their father. Captain Hook has to keep them on the run until they get sleepy and take a nap. Captain Hook then comes down from Croc Snout Rock and runs away from the baby crocodiles. Nanny Nell states that when the crocs nod off, Captain Hook will need the crews' help. Eventually, the baby crocodiles take a nap under butterflies while Captain Hook falls off a cliff. Sharky and Bones save him and he decides to leave when Nanny Nell stops him, stating that the baby crocs need to be reunited with their mother, as without her, they'll stick with Captain Hook forever. Captain Hook goes along with the plan.
Nanny Nell states that the baby crocodiles need to be carried in a basket, and decides on Captain Hook's hat to be used as one. Once the crews are at the nest where Captain Hook found the hatchling, Sharky and Bones return the baby crocodiles to the nest. Captain Hook's crew will watch the babies while Jake's crew and Nanny Nell follow the big crocodile footprints to a shipwreck. They find Mama Croc trapped in a net, and Skully sees that she has a golden tail, like her babies. For Jake and his crew to free Mama Croc so that she doesn't use her chompers on them, Izzy uses her Pixie Dust on Mama Croc before Jake cuts her loose.
Mama Croc is then reunited with her family, and Jake thanks Nanny Nell for the help. Nanny Nell mentions that Captain Hook played daddy to the crocs brilliantly. Jake and his crew then return to Pirate Island to put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Skully, imitating Nanny Nell, then recommends Jake and his crew relax with a nice cup of tea and crackers. Meanwhile, Captain Hook thanks Nanny Nell for saving him from the baby crocodiles and never wants to see another golden croc again. Another golden shimmer shows up, and thinking it's the crocs again, Captain Hook orders Nanny Nell to fly on. It is revealed that the golden shimmer is actually from treasure.
