Coconut Grove is a large forest of coconut trees in Never Land featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates. Those who venture through the grove most be wary of falling coconuts.
Role in the series[]
Coconut Grove first appeared in the episode "Huddle Up!". Jake and his crew are playing football to improve their skills in teamwork. Captain Hook thinks that the football is magic and possess the powers to make his bumbling crew work better to find treasure and steal it from the young pirate team. As Hook and his crew try to escape they end up in Coconut Grove believing the puny pirates won't be able to find them within the trees. However, Hook and crew were to busy making sure they weren't followed and crashed into the various coconut trees causing a huge chain reaction within the grove. As Hook and his crew escape the chaos they lose the football in the process. Jake and his crew soon arrive at Coconut Grove seeing the aftermath and coconuts still falling from the trees. Jake comes up with the idea to use their catching skills they were practicing earlier to evade the following coconuts and safely make it out of Coconut Grove, where Jake and his crew recover the football.
