Claw Rock is a rock formation, resembling a clawed hand, hidden deep within the Never Land Jungle featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
Role in the series[]
Claw Rock first appeared in the episode "Cubby the Brave!",Jake and his crew are at an old slide, which Izzy rides first, followed by Jake and Cubby, who is a bit nervous about it, because it's high, but he does so anyway. Cubby then sees a rock formation, and informs everyone of such. Jake says that it's Claw Rock, and heard that there is supposed to be a map carved on it that leads to the treasure of Spiky-Pike Peak. Skully spots a map on Claw Rock, and Cubby makes a rubbing of it on the back of his map and take it with the crew.The first location Jake and his crew journey through is Frightening Forest. Jake wishes there was some way he and Izzy could help Cubby realize how brave he really is. Just then, Skully spots some boots, and Jake thinks these could be the famous Boots of Bravery, which are special boots that make anyone who wears them extra brave. However, as Cubby goes to try them on, Izzy tells Jake that there is no such thing as Boots of Bravery. Cubby tries them on, and feels braver already.Unknown to Jake and his crew at the time, the boots belong to Captain Hook who was searching for the treasure within a large pond with Mr. Smee within the Frightening Forest.
