Cubby leads Jake, Izzy, and Skully to the legendary Never Land See-Saw. As they take a ride on it, Camille stops the fun. Cubby then reads the note attached to Camille, stating that Captain Flynn has been following puzzling treasure maps to a cup called the Enchanted Golden Goblet. He needs a skilled map-reader to help him figure them out, and Skully knows Cubby's just the pirate for the job.
Camille then takes Jake and his crew to the Never Land Desert while stepping over Captain Hook and Mr. Smee, who then follow. As Sharky and Bones sing about how great Captain Flynn is, Captain Flynn is delighted to see Jake and his crew again. He tells Cubby about finding three maps rolled up together, stating that they show the paths to Hourglass Falls, Toppling Rock Canyon, and Maze Cave, which is where the Golden Goblet is. Cubby then overlaps the maps so that he creates one continuous trail. Captain Flynn mentions that the Enchanted Golden Goblet is always filled with water. Captain Hook's crew overhear everything when Jake's crew and Captain Flynn pass by on the Barracuda.
As the ship approaches Half-Moon Dune, Captain Hook's crew give chase. With a sandstorm approaching, Cubby tells Captain Flynn to head to Hourglass Falls, which contains a cave behind the falling sand. Captain Hook's crew follow via the wheel tracks but their vehicle gets stuck in the sandstorm.
Jake's crew and Captain Flynn then head to Toppling Rock Canyon. There, Captain Flynn warns Camille that the slightest sound can cause the rocks to topple. Skully then sneezes, causing rocks to block the exit. Jake's crew and Captain Flynn head on a rock, and Izzy claps her hands to make another rock catapult them over the rock wall.
Once at Maze Cave, Cubby finds out that the map only shows how to get to Maze Cave, not how to get through it. Cubby leads Jake's crew and Captain Flynn through the maze via his sense of direction and find the Enchanted Golden Goblet. Izzy reads its writing, stating that it belongs to a true captain of the desert sands, which is Captain Flynn. He drinks the goblet and proves that it is always filled with water. Captain Hook's crew then arrive, having followed the footprints. Captain Hook takes the goblet for himself, and Captain Flynn further proves that it is always filled with water. Jake takes the goblet back before his crew and Captain Flynn retreat, with Skully clearing off the footprints. As a result, Captain Hook's crew get lost. Once Jake's crew and Captain Flynn make it out of the maze, Captain Flynn thanks Cubby for the help, and Cubby is then praised. They then head back to Camille on the Barracuda.
Later on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put all the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby then puts a plank over the chest to make a Pirate Island See-Saw, which Jake and his crew try. Meanwhile, Captain Hook's crew are still lost in the Cave Maze. Bones trips on a hatch and Captain Hook tries it first, followed by the others. They end up lost in a different maze.
