Captain Buzzard Bones arrives at Pirate Island and is about to tell Jake and his crew about the adventures he went on when Captain Hook arrives. He needs help because Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones are prisoners of a Minotaur. According to Izzy, Minotaurs are creatures with the head and horns of a bull, but the body of a man. Captain Hook's crew went to Argos Island to pick berries when they were attacked. Captain Hook was able to escape, but Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones are being held as prisoners. Captain Buzzard has had run-ins with Minotaurs in the past, and Jake and his crew decide to rescue Captain Hook's crew from the Minotaur. Although it is a dangerous place, Captain Buzzard has been to Argos Island before and knows it very well. He and Captain Hook bicker over who should lead the rescue when Jake tells them to work together, which they agree, although they don't trust each other.At Argos Island, Captain Buzzard knows that it contains booby-traps. Captain Hook activates one, causing an archer to snipe his hat away. Cubby and Captain Buzzard see marks made by the Minotaur, and Jake sees footprints caused by the Minotaur. Jake and his crew follow them when Jake knows the stones are part of a booby-trap. Cubby sees what he thinks is a Minotaur, but they are actually flowers. Cubby then activates the booby-trap, one that causes the structures to roll down the path. Jake and his crew then lie flat with their heads down, but wonder where Captain Hook went.
Jake and his crew then spot Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones in the prison and reveal to have brought Captain Buzzard. Sharky mentions that Captain Hook must have been trying to steal the Minotaur's treasure. While he got away, Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones got caught. Captain Hook then spots the treasure of the Minotaur, and distracts him with a coconut. While Captain Hook continues the distractions, the Minotaur confronts Captain Buzzard, who eventually recognizes him as Monty. Captain Buzzard then tells Jake and his crew that Monty was his first mate until he got a ship of his own. Monty then welcomes Jake and his crew to Argos Island and frees Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones while stating that Captain Hook made him angry.
Captain Hook is dragging a vase of Monty's treasure when he gets confronted by Captain Buzzard and Monty. Monty scares Captain Hook away, and Captain Hook activates another booby-trap, one that sends him into a hole. Bones thanks Captain Buzzard for the rescue, and Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones go to help Captain Hook. Captain Buzzard then vows to go on adventures with Monty joining him.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby then rides a Minotaur-cycle containing two horns. On Argos Island, Captain Hook tells Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones that he shall never return there again. Captain Hook then activates a booby trap, sending him back to the Jolly Roger.
