Bubbling Burp Bog is a murky swamp in the middle of the Never Land Jungle featured in the Disney Junior animated series, Jake and the Never Land Pirates. The only means of crossing through the swamp is a log bridge. Travelers must be wary of the bogs burps because it may cause them to laugh uncontrollably and fall into the bog.
Role in the series[]
Bubbling Burp Bog first appeared in the episode "Ahoy, Captain Smee!", When Mr. Smee is left in command of the Jolly Roger he joins Jake and his crew on a treasure hunt on Never Land to find Captain Loon's giant gold doubloon. While on the search for the treasure the pirates had to cross Bubbling Burp Bog. The pirate team knew it would be hard to cross the log without laughing and falling. Jake suggests that the pirate team cover their ears so they could safely cross to the other side of the bog to retrieve the treasure.
