Plot
On the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook tells Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones that an urgent matter has arisen that requires him to spend the day on Seashell Beach with Mama Hook, and Mr. Smee will be joining him. So, Sharky and Bones will be left in charge of the Jolly Roger, and they are told to sail to Pineapple Island and bring back the Golden Pineapple. Mama Hook wants to serve the pineapple with her afternoon tea. Sharky and Bones are delighted to be in charge of the ship and they decide to both be captains. They are unsure of what to do when Jake, Izzy, Cubby, and Skully arrive. Sharky and Bones explain everything to them. Jake and his crew then decide to be Sharky and Bones' crew. The Jolly Roger then sets sail for Pineapple Island. Sharky and Bones then cause mischief around the ship, and Jake suggests them take turns. They soon arrive at Pineapple Island with Bones' turn to be captain. Cubby warns of the sharks, and Sharky decides to be the captain when Bones reminds him that it's his turn. A flying shark then appears and eats Bones' oar. Sharky knows what to do, and Skully drops the crackers for the shark to feed. Sharky is thanked by Jake for the advice and decides to be the captain.
On Pineapple Island, Cubby tells the others to follow the trail, which leads to the grove where the Golden Pineapples grow. Since the monkeys are eating them, Sharky tries to get them to move, but it doesn't work, and he soon slips on a banana peel. So, Bones mentions the rule of the jungle every monkey has to follow: monkey see, monkey do. The monkeys soon do what everyone else does, and they soon clear the path. Jake thanks Bones for the help. While Sharky tells Bones that he's not such a good captain as well, Jake and his crew spot Pineapple Grove up ahead.
Izzy mentions that the Golden Pineapples grow high on trees. Sharky and Bones state that they haven't done a good job being captains, and decide to give up. Jake suggests they try helping each other like they did before they were captains. Sharky and Bones like the idea, and think back to when they tried to climb one of the Rubber Palms, which bent over and flung them high. Sharky and Bones then spring their way to the Golden Pineapples. They thank Jake and his crew for being the best crew. Sharky and Bones then return to Captain Hook and Mama Hook for teatime while dropping Jake and his crew off along the way.
Back on Pirate Island, Jake and his crew put the gold doubloons they collected into their Team Treasure Chest. Cubby then serves everyone Golden Pineapple doubloon treats. Meanwhile, Mama Hook loves the Golden Pineapple, and Sharky and Bones have the tea after sitting and removing their hats. Captain Hook tells them that no matter how many captains there are, they must remember who's really in charge. He then removes his elbows off the table after being ordered to do so by Mama Hook.
